Undo updates firefox

Thanks for your feedback. I don't care what my display name is. The latest Windows Update has caused my computer to periodically disconnect itself from the internet for no apparent reason. I know the update is causing it because it was fine before the update and when I tried doing a System Restore to a time before the update the problem went away. Unfortunately System Restore is no longer an option because after some unrelated issues I no longer have a restore point from before the update.

So, how can I make this broken update go away? And does anyone know if this is the best way to get technical support for Windows? I can't seem to find a good way of contacting Microsoft directly which seems ridiculous for such an enormous, mind-blowingly wealthy company.

However, this is not useful in practical as many options are removed or changed in the later versions. That can completely mess up other things that are happening on a local network.
